This product, produced by our expert technical staff, to be used in places where there is a risk of fire and explosion, and in environments where high temperatures are observed; It is resistant to fire up to 4 hours and 20 minutes, which is the longest test time.
 
Its purpose is to prevent the spread of the fire in the place where it is at the time of the fire and to minimize the material and moral damages that may occur.
 
Our fire resistant product, which has been produced according to EN 15269 10:2011 standard, has been certified with the E240 CERTIFICATE by the international accreditation EFECTIS institution.
 
 
240 MIN FIRE RESISTANT STEEL SHUTTER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
 
• Pallets must be manufactured from corrosion-resistant 1311Galvaniz series DX-51–100Z1. Quality steel with a sheet thickness of 80/ 1.20 mm.
 
• Steel plugs should be used at the ends of the pallets, the plugs should be fixed to the pallets with 2 octopus type rivets by skipping 1 at a time.
 
• The bottom of the pallets/shoes should be made with 120/1.20 mm galvanized steel sheet, reinforced with double-sided 40x40x1.50 mm galvanized angle iron, and fixed with the help of galvanized nut bolts.
 
• The side channel/groove where the pallets will travel should be made of 90x30x2.00mm galvanized material. The strut profiles to be fixed to the side channels should be 40x40x2.00 mm in size.
 
• The drum on which the pallets will be wrapped should be 102/2.00 mm, 114/3.00 mm or 139/4.00 mm diameter/sheet thickness depending on the pipe material dimensions.
 
• In order to connect the drum pipes to the side flag, a solid shaft with a diameter of at least 26 mm should be used. This shaft should be fixed to the side flag with 5.00 mm galvanized sheet, as much as the pipe diameter, with a lubricating PF206 type ball bearing.
 
•Motors must be industrial type, IP44 protection class, fire control unit, MOSEL brand, FJJ model, 600/800/1000 kg torque. The control unit must be 3-phase, with UPS connection, and must be suitable for fire system integration by connecting via the card. Mechanically, with the FUSIBLINK system, when the environment reaches 68 degrees, it should be able to close in the event of fire with mercury melting.
 
• The motor box should measure 67x280x280 mm and have a wall thickness of 1.00 mm.
 
• Depending on the height of the Winding Box, the dimensions of 330x300x1.00mm/400x400x1.00mm should be in the form of a U-shaped winding inside or outside winding galvanized material.
 
• Side flags should measure 330x300x3,00mm/400x400x3,00 mm in accordance with the height and box size.
 
• Fire shutters should be manufactured unpainted in the standard system, however, if paint is requested, it should be painted with fire resistant paint and electrostatic powder paint in the desired RAL code.
 
• The entire system should be guaranteed for 2 years against assembly and production faults.
 
• Mechanical part assurance should be 10 years.
 
• All materials used in the system must be ISO9001-14001-10002/OHSAS18001-/CE certified –BRAND registered and EFECTIS E240 Certified.
